No alcohol consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age. Violation will result in early termination, no refunds.
NO SMOKING inside any Luxury Transport vehicles, $100.00 charge per incident, no exception.
Clean-up fee for vomit, urine, or excessive beverage spillage in any Luxury Transport vehicle will be $150.00 as determined solely by the driver.
Tolls and parking are not included in hourly rental rate. Tolls are included in contract rates, and airport runs to Dulles IAD Airport.
Damage to any Luxury Transport vehicle due to clients (or guests) negligence will be charged a minimum of $150.00. Insurance claims adjuster estimates may be required and the undersigned agrees to pay the estimated amount.
$10.00 per broken or missing glass.
All unruly persons will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver and no refunds will be given.
We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
No illegal drug use of any kind.
Overtime will be billed in half hour increments.
Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges.
Customer understands that replacement limousine, bus, or other vehicle may be substituted in the event of any major mechanical issues, inclement weather, or other unforeseen events.
Luxury Transport hereby discloses that some vehicles have interior security cameras, for the protection of Luxury Transport property.
