Need us to pick up some flowers or stop off at a store and pick up a gift? Let us know when you book your reservation and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. Cost of store bought items are passed through to the customer, ask for details when you call to make your reservation.

RATE BREAK DOWN AND RESPONSIBILITIES

There is no guarantee that overtime hours will be available. Please be sure that the number of hours you are reserving will be sufficient time for your event.

• No pick up or drop off charges if you live within 30 minutes of Charles Town (Winchester, VA; Martinsburg, WV; Frederick, MD). If your initial pick up or final drop off is outside of this 30-minute radius the "drive-time differential" will be included in the quoted price at the time of reservation.
• Intermediate stops are no extra charge. Mileage is included.
• Payments accepted include: cash, check, VISA or MasterCard.
• Credit Card validation or Cash Deposit of $100 required to reserve the date and time. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 5 days of reservation will be billed $100.

By signing our contract, you agree to pay cash, check or authorize Luxury transport LLC to charge the credit card for any of the charges outlined in this agreement. We will calculate the exact amount of hours and charges when the trip is completed.

1. No alcohol consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age. Violation will result in early termination, no refunds.
2. No SMOKING inside limousine, $100.00 charge per incident. No exceptions.
3. Clean-up fee for vomit or excessive spillage in the limousine will be $125.
4. Tolls and parking are not included in rental rate.
5. Damage to the limousine due to the clients (or guests) negligence will be charged a minimum of $100. Insurance claims adjuster estimates may be required and the undersigned agrees to pay the estimated amount.
6. $10.00 per broken or missing glass.
7. All unruly persons will be dropped of at the sole discretion of the driver & no refunds.
8. We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
9. No illegal drug use of any kind.
10. Overtime will be billed in half hour increments.
11. Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges.
12. Customer agrees that replacement Limousine may be substituted in the event of any major mechanical issues, inclement weather, etc.

The table below identifies the total rate by hour. We have included a column that shows a total including a tip for your own budgetary purposes.
